3. Balance (90 %) of the total purchase will be received after you express satisfaction with the design and prior to bringing the site on-line. The site will go live after the balance has cleared.

4. GMNetPromos.com LTD (owners of this site) do not accept any liability for damage resulting from the use of Websites provided by them.

The purpose of this link is to ensure that said site will be quickly indexed by a number of search engines. In return for this free service, a hyperlink from Customer's homepage back to http://www.yourbudgetsite.com. The link will be embedded in the "Design by YourBudgetSite.com".
